Pacific Marine provides tugboat
services, including ship assist
and escort in the San Francisco
Bay, as well as the Port of
Oakland in California. Our
tugboats are available on the
San Francisco Bay to assist and
escort oil barges. GPM’s
tugboats are Escort Certified
for all zones. They also have
Orville Hook barge retrieval
gear onboard.
Each of our tugboats is
equipped with hydraulic cranes
and fuel transfer pumps. These
tugboats, as well as the
experienced crews that can
perform the work, are available
to assist in construction
projects.
